Twine Phiri is a Zimbabwean businessman and football administrator, former CAPS United owner and president, and former chairman of the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League. CAPS United won consecutive league titles in 2004 and 2005 during his presidency. His PSL tenure, from 2010 to 2016, included major sponsorship activity and the long-term SuperSport broadcast agreement covering domestic league and cup football. In 2023, he and Rueben Mataka launched Twinmat Sports Academy in rural Gwanda. In January 2025, he campaigned for the ZIFA presidency, advocating grassroots development and improved governance. His career spans club leadership, league administration, commercial partnerships and youth football.
